That's because the two PhD students from CSIRO Livestock Industries prefer to expose laboratory-grown animal cells to dangerous toxins rather than risking their own lives.

    Butterfly Bling
    In the future, we may be painting the walls of our house, or choosing the colour of our car, by looking at the wings of a butterfly.

    Dr Pete Vukusic, a researcher at the Exeter University in the United Kingdom has been using electron microscopy to look at what causes the brilliant iridescent colours on butterfly wings.
